Emma spent a decade revolutionising Eurostar, globalising sales, digitalising comms, delivering an entire rebrand, and leading their move to St Pancras. With sponsorship of the 2012 Olympics as her swan song, Emma moved on from Eurostar and with her passion for ensuring brands live beyond marketing and into the DNA of an organisation, founded Glow London; a business that works with leaders across the globe, to create the right belief, focus and behaviours by connecting their brand and culture.
The #SlowtheFuckDown Movement
After sharing her story about a life-changing experience in 2022 and reaching an audience of 9 million people, Emma launched the #slowthefuckdown movement, ironically from an ICU bed in New York, and now spends much of her time sharing her story and inspiring others to live a more meaningful life.
Emma is a Trustee of The Marketing Academy Foundation that helps young people from challenging backgrounds enter the marketing industry. She is also a much-loved keynote speaker, mentor and coach to the Academy alumni, and as part of her WACL membership works with young women and working mothers to help them with their confidence and belief. For her commitment to others, Emma was named Mentor of the Year at Campaign’s Female Frontier Awards 2022, she was also in Campaign’s 40 Over 40 in 2023 and in 2024 was made a Marketing Society Fellow.
Perhaps most importantly, Emma is a mum to four kids with husband actor Danny Sapani. When she’s not out and about helping other people thrive, you’ll find her in their North London home, playing board games, on family dog walks and hosting legendary kitchen discos.
